All orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase. We make every effort to keep our product listings accurate; however, prices and product information may change due to technical errors, human errors, or supplier changes. Megaamarts reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or adjust any order affected by incorrect pricing or information. In such cases, we will notify you before processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, public holidays, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

Megaamarts is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control once the order has been dispatched.
Free delivery is available on all orders of ৳3,000 or more.
Customers must inspect all products at the time of delivery before signing or accepting the order. Any damaged, expired, incorrect, or missing products must be reported and returned immediately to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Claims raised after the delivery agent has left may not be accepted.
Individuals applying to sell on Megaamarts through our seller application form agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Megaamarts reserves the right to accept or reject any seller application without providing a reason. Approved sellers are bound by a separate seller agreement.
All content on megaamarts.com including logos, images, text, and product listings is the property of Megaamarts or its respective owners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Megaamarts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.
