Refund and Returns For Megaamarts

At Megaamarts, customer satisfaction is our priority.
This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

A. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, broken, or physically defective
  • The product is expired or past its best-before date
  • The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • The product is missing from your order

Important: All return requests must be raised at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent. Products that have been accepted and signed for without raising a complaint at that time may not be eligible for return.

B. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or personal care products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken
  • Perishable food items (fresh produce, dairy, bakery items) once delivered and accepted
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Important: All return requests must be raised at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent. Products that have been accepted and signed for without raising a complaint at that time may not be eligible for return.

C. Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible products:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

D. Replacement

Where a valid return is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement of the product at the earliest available delivery slot, subject to stock availability.

E. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The product is unavailable and cannot be replaced
  • A replacement is not feasible due to distance or product type
  • The order was paid for but could not be fulfilled for any reason

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
